Items under 70 pounds are shipped by UPS Ground and should be delivered in 1-5 days to the address you provided in "Ship To" on your order form. Shipments arrive Monday through Fridays. Please allow 3 days of warehouse preparation.

When merchandise is over 70 pounds, it will be delivered to your curbside by a truck from Pilot Air Freight (all our shipments use ground transportation, not air). You will be called at the phone number you provided, prior to delivery to confirm your shipment.

Please note the weights of your order and be prepared to handle and move the items you've requested, which may require heavy lifting, a hand truck or in some cases, lifting equipment.
